Why OmniConva

## The reply is the real checkout

Most online shops in Bangladesh sell from a Facebook Page. Buyers ask about price, size, stock and the delivery charge in the inbox or the comments — and they buy from whoever answers first.

So owners and moderators type the same answers all day, across four apps on one phone. Night messages wait until morning, messages get lost in the Eid rush, and orders are copied into a notebook by hand. One more moderator costs ৳12,000–18,000 a month.

We built OmniConva to take that job on: an AI sales agent that sits on every channel, answers only from the shop's own data in Bangla, Banglish or English, takes the order, books the parcel — and calls your team in where a person is needed.

What it works with

## Connected only through official integrations

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp connect through Facebook login and Meta's official APIs — we never ask for a password. Stores connect through each platform's own integration.

Our history

## From the first line of code to today

1.  30 August 2026**The first build**
    
    Phone sign-up, stores, products, chats and orders — the foundation of OmniConva.
    
2.  September 2026**Plans, WhatsApp and store sync**
    
    The free plan and taka payments, the WhatsApp Cloud API inbox, store connections, delivery charges and low-stock alerts.
    
3.  September–October 2026**Facebook and Instagram**
    
    The Messenger inbox, AI replies under post comments, Instagram DMs and comments.
    
4.  October 2026**Selling in chat, on every platform**
    
    Product, order-review and receipt cards; the WordPress plugin, the Shopify store connection, the TikTok account connection and the custom-website API; 25 guides and 24 Bangla video tutorials.
    
5.  18 October 2026**Closing and delivering the sale**
    
    Bargaining, several products in one order, Steadfast and Pathao courier booking, follow-ups, review requests, approve-before-sending and the AI sales report.
    
6.  November 2026**Customers, leads and bookings**
    
    Customer CRM, the lead pipeline, appointment booking for service businesses, WhatsApp broadcasts and one-click WordPress connect.
    

The team

## A small team in Dhaka

OmniConva is built by a small team in Dhaka. We know how shops here sell — on Facebook, in chat, cash on delivery — so that is how the product is built.

### Product and engineering

Builds and runs the dashboard, the chat widget and the channel and store connections — with automated tests before every release.

### AI

Makes the replies right in Bangla and Banglish, reads photos and voice notes — and makes sure the AI never invents a price or a discount.

3

### Customer success and sales

Helps new shops set up, writes the guides and videos, and answers in Bangla — by email, on WhatsApp or on our Page.

### What we won't change

-   The AI answers only from the information you give it.
-   Prices in taka, paid by bKash or Nagad, and a free start.
-   Customer chats are never used to train models.
